2013 Second Stage Line-Up Announced
The 2013 Great Southern Bank’s Saturday in the Park Festival is giving regional up-and-comers a chance to shine on this year’s Second Stage. The energy-filled day of live music kicks off at 12:30 with Bridget Kruse then continues with Late Night Lucky, the Purveyors of the Conscious Sound, DJ BowLz, the Pentagon, and Los Lobos Locos. Headlining the Second Stage for the festival is Ugly Duckling (above), a Long Beach hip-hop trio known for their impressive stage antics.
2013: Etheridge, Sublime with Rome, Dirty Heads
The 2013 Saturday in the Park lineup is now official.
Melissa Etheridge and Sublime with Rome will headline the event. Etheridge is a double-platinum award winner, and accomplished rock singer-songwriter. Sublime with Rome grew out of the original Sublime band with new frontman Rome Ramirez. The band’s music is synonymous with the explosion of ska in California in the past two decades.
